In order to protect our clients and our staff we are implementing the following protocol and making necessary changes.
Location: We will only be seeing clients at our Chatham Club location – 484 Southern Boulevard, Chatham, NJ. We are well supported by the management and owners of the Chatham Club and are appreciative of their full-time cleaning staff and on-premises laundry.
Sanitation: We have installed HEPA filters in all of our massage rooms to remove viruses and allergens from the air. All linens are laundered at high temperatures and changed between clients. Hand washing stations, hand sanitizers and CDC disinfectants are available and mandatory.
Masks: All massage therapists and clients are required to wear masks. When face down on the massage table clients may remove their masks. If you have a difficult time breathing with a mask please contact us prior to your appointment to discuss.
Prescreening/Temperature Check: Clients will be called 24 hours prior to their appointment and asked prescreening questions to determine Covid symptoms and exposure. Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment we will take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer. Staff members will also have their temperature taken.
Appointment Staggering: When you arrive at the Chatham Club please remain in your car and we will call or text you when it is time for you to enter the building. In this way we can assure that you will see only your therapist in the massage area and avoid encountering other therapists or clients.
Prepayment and gratuities: In order to adhere with contactless payment we will be collecting fees prior to your appointment over the phone via credit card (at the same time as the prescreening call). If you would like to leave a gratuity you can do so at that time. Cash gratuities are welcome. Please leave the cash tip on the massage table before you exit rather than handing it to your therapist.
